I can't give all the info out, but bascailly it's a hexagonal turn based that uses some elements from warhammer, startego, and chess.
For starters, only 10 unit squads. No HP, so when you get "hit", you die. The biggest feature is the fact that you don't see the other team's units unless you attack or get attacked by them. This will promote stealth, bluffing, and scouting.
I already have a music composer, a programmer using his own openGL engine, one pixel artist, and a sound engineer (who used to work for Bioware on Jade Empire). Then there is myself ,the game designer.
Here is a dwarf warrior in idle animation.

We need people who can pull out quality sprites like this and able to do the plain vanilla fantasy races (orc, goblin, elf) as well as mechanical things like metal golem robots and tanks. This is a technological fantasy setting, where an elf wielding two swords faces out a huge mechanical monster and dwarfs yell "Magic missile" before firing a cannon
The webcomic in question is Chronicles of Garas, where can you get some concept ideas on how the game will look like. http://www.chroniclesofgaras.com
